simplemente UX?
UX son las siglas de User Experience, y para dar crédito a las clases de inglés, traducido se vuelve en Experiencia Usuaria o la Experiencia del Usuario. Se refiere como: la experiencia completa e integral de las personas que utilizan su sitio web o producto, en todos los aspectos y todas las facetas.
Es conciliar sus necesidades, deseos y satisfacción con los objetivos del producto o servicio.
¿Y será importante la
experiencia del usuario…?
Los consumidores desean productos y servicios que satisfagan sus necesidades, sean fáciles de usar y brinden algún beneficio. Al crear ofertas con una buena experiencia de usuario, las organizaciones venden más y mejor; se diferencian de la competencia — nosotros sabemos: la competencia por el mercado es cada vez más feroz.
¿Para qué sirve
la Experiencia del Usuario?
Para mejorar un producto/servicio y que sea funcional, lo que dejará en el usuario una buena experiencia al momento de consumirlo/usarlo. Los objetivos que debemos hacernos cuando queremos evaluar el comportamiento de usuario se refiere a cómo se sienten acerca del sitio web: ¿es una tarea difícil de usar o una delicia? ¿Los cautiva, los confunde, los frustra? ¿Se sienten seguros al usarlo?.

El tiempo promedio que las personas pasan en un sitio web determinado es de 15 segundos, no mucho tiempo.
¿Cuál es la diferencia entre un sitio web que pierde a sus visitantes en los primeros 15 segundos y un sitio web que mantiene a las personas allí hasta que hayan terminado con lo que vinieron?
Imagine a alguien que visita una tienda de ropa en línea, por ejemplo, y descubre que no puede filtrar las cualidades que está buscando en una camisa. Tal vez finalmente encuentren la camisa correcta, pero luego no hay imágenes de la camisa desde diferentes ángulos, o los detalles más finos están ocultos en una pestaña que no notan. En este punto, el usuario se ha sentido frustrado, incomodado y abandonado en la oscuridad, y las posibilidades de que continúen haciendo una compra son escasas.
